4.  Natural treatment to eliminate red ants on an on-going basis

5.  Drop down ladder from the attic so we can store and access goods.

6.  Riding lawn mower to care for large grassy grounds

7.  Edger to care for grassy edges

8.  Buffer (rental is fine) to buff floors periodically
